Why register?

Signing up is not mandatory, but it is required if you wish to use all system features. Unregistered users can access a limited number of services. Only registered users have access to all system services and can: — view contact info of system users; — view prices and payment options in truck offers and cargo orders; — create cargo orders; — create truck offers; — specify contact info for more effective communication; — make a deal for shipment; — track and monitor shipments; — use additional system options. Registration is free and open to all users via simple on-line self-registration form.

How to register / get new account?

Registration is free. 1. Go to the main registration page, fill in the fields. 2. When you create an аccount, you'll get a confirmation link to the email address you used to create the аccount. Click Confirm or follow the link sent to you in the email. Once registration is complete you can access system services. If you do not verify your email within 7 days the аccount will be deleted.

How to log into the system?

1. To log into the system use login page, or push Sing in button in the upper right corner of the main page. 2. Enter your email and password. Push Sign in button.

How to recover password?

1. Go to recovery password page . 2. Enter the email address you use to sign in the system. You'll get a link and instruction on how you can set a new password to the email. 3. To reset your password click on the button Reset Password. Clicking on this link takes you to a form that prompts to enter your new password twice. 4. Push Change Password to save your new password.

How to change account / email?

For now, an account is linked to email and users not allowed to change it. If you need to change your account or email please contact Customer Service representative.

How to edit your account information?

1. To change profile data sign in the system and open profile page . 2. Push Edit button to enable edit mode. 3. Edit required data. The following fields will be available for editing: first name, last name, company, position, address, role. You can add one or several phone numbers with the description. Also, you can upload profile photo and company logo. 4. Push Save button.

What is a verified profile?

Getting verified user status lets other members know you're a confirmed system member. To become a verified you need to provide us with some copies of your documents. Copies of the documents should be attached to the request for verification on the user profile page. Documents reviewed within 1-3 business days. Green tick near the profile icon indicates that the user is verified. If a user changes the information after verification, the status of verified user will be canceled. We keep your account information safe and secure. Your security is our top priority. We never reveal your personal information to anyone.

How to change interface language?

To change the default language: 1. Go to the settings page. 2. Choose the language at Regional Settings section. Language switch option is available at the bottom part of the page. This setting will be applied for the current session.

How to change currency value?

To change currency value: 1. Go to the settings page. 2. Select currency value: «RUR», «USD», «EUR» at Regional Settings section. Сurrency switch option is available at the bottom part of the page. This setting will be applied for the current session.

What are the types of notifications in the system?

The system will automatically notify you about important events in the system. The system sends two types of notifications: web-interface and email. System user gets notifications in the following cases: — Ad expired; — another system user wants to make a deal with you on the basis of your ad; — Deal is pending to be signed on your part; — Contractor rejected deal; — Contractor broke deal after shipment start; — Events about shipment added to timeline, etc.

What is My Office?

My Office is a separate system section available for registered users. From My Office section users can manage information, services, etc. It includes such menu choices: — Shipments — own shipments management. — Deals — deals management for cargo shipping. — Orders — request for cargo transportation management. — Offers — proposal for cargo transportation management. — Bookmarks — bookmarked ads management. — Drafts — offers and orders drafts management. — Profile — personal information management. — Settings — individual system settings management.

Why fill out the profile?

Profile information enables other users of the system to get more information about you. By thoroughly filling in your profile you confirm your firm intentions in the system. Upload profile photo to make ads more noticeable. Upload company logo to help other users to identify company faster and make it more noticeable. Add several phone numbers and the description for more efficient communication with contractors. Add Company name, address, position. It will help to increase customer loyalty to your company.

What is ads limit?

Limit is a restriction, which is set by number of publications per day from one user. Unverified user can publish no more than 3 orders and offers 3 per day. For verified users 25 offer publication and 25 order publication are available per day.

How to lift ads limit?

To lift a restriction on the number of published ads complete a procedure of verification or contact Custome Service representative. To lift ads limit specify «Request to lift the limit on orders» or «Request to lift the limit on offers» in your email subject line.

What should I do if my account is blocked?

Blocking is the method by which administrators technically prevent users from creating new ads, deals, shipments. Blocks may be applied to user accounts. Blocked users can continue to access the system to complete the tasks on created deals and shipments. Administrators may consider blocking a disruptive account if the administration considers user behaviour as disruptive, or other users report disruption. Red dot near the profile icon indicates that the user is blocked. To unblock the account you need to correct the violations and contact Customer Service representative via email support@rightway.run or feedback form.

Orders and offers

What is order?

Order is a request for cargo transportation containing the description of cargo and the requirements for the transportation. On the basis of this parameters, you can search cargo to be transported.

What is offer?

Offer is a proposal for cargo transportation containing the description of vehicle and the load сapacity. On the basis of the parameters, you can search vehicles for cargo transportation.

How to publish ad?

Users can create ads at My Office or at search results page. To create an ad push Add button and select the necessary type of ad: add order or add offer. Once user filled in the fields, an ad can be published or saved to drafts. For unverified users 3 publications per day are available for offers and orders, for verified users 25 publications per day are available for offers and orders. Notice, ad lifetime is 7 days from publication date. Once an ad has expired you can create a new one or make a duplicate. To duplicate an ad use option Use as a template and specify the correct dates.

How fast ad becomes available?

The ad becomes available for all system users immediately after publication.

How to bookmark ads?

Bookmarks are ads that are saved for future quick access to them. Marked ads are available in the section My Office> Bookmarks . Push bookmark on the selected ad from general view mode or on the ad in full view mode.

How to know if people have viewed my ad?

You can easily view how many total people have viewed your ad. This information is available from general view mode near the icon at the bottom part of the ad, and from full view mode at statistics section.

How to know how many people have bookmarked my ad?

You can easily view how many total people have bookmarked your ad. This information is available from general view mode near the icon at the bottom part of the ad, and from the full view mode at statistics section.

How to duplicate an ad? What is "Use as a template" option for?

If you need to create an ad that slightly differs from the one you already created, use option Use as a template. There is no need to refill all the fields, you can correct only some of them.

How to edit ad?

You can edit ads in draft state only. To manage your drafts click on Drafts from My Office left menu.

How to unpublish ad?

If an ad is not actual anymore it can be unpublished. Select an ad to be unpublished using My Office section. From the additional options menu select Unpublish. To manage your withdrawn ads click on Inactive tab.

How to find ad?

To find ad you can use quick search form at the main page or at modal window, which available by clicking Search button on top menu. Specify direction of shipment and dates of loading, then click Search Orders or Search Offers button, to find orders or offers . On the search results page use left menu filters for more accurate search results.

What if I don't know cargo weight and volume?

If you don't know the exact weight and volume of cargo, just specify the ranges in the fields. These ranges will be considered in cargo search.

How to contact with the author of ad?

Only registered users can see the contact information of other users. The contact data of ad creator are available in full view mode of ad.

Why I cannot publish ad?

Only registered users can publish ads. There can be a few reasons why logged in users might not be allowed to publish ads: — You exceeded ad quota limit (see What is ad limit?) — Your account blocked (see What should I do if my account is blocked?) — Account registration is not complete. You need to confirm your email.

Deal

What is deal?

Deal is an agreement between the contractors, namely between shipper and carrier, where the parties agree with the parameters of the deal for shipment.

How to make a deal?

There are two possible ways how to make a deal: 1. Select an ad from the list. From the additional options menu select Make a Deal. Fill in the fields of the deal creation form. 2. In full view mode of the ad, push Make a deal. Fill in the fields of the Deal creation form. Once you filled in the fields (see How to fill in Deal?) push Approve the deal button. The deal is completed if both sides approved it. Notice, until the contractor confirmed deal, the data on this deal cannot be changed. If it is necessary to save the deal with an ability to change data without notifying the contractor about the changes, push Save button. The contractor won't see the deal till it is approved by the first contractor. Data on deal can be changed an unlimited number of times till both sides agree with the parameters of the deal. When both contractors push Approve the Deal without performing any changes, the deal becomes approved and cannot be changed. As a result, a new shipment is created automatically for this deal (see Shipment chapter).

How to fill in deal?

You can fill in the fields of deal manually or import the information from the ad. To import information push Use my offer or Use my order. Select an ad from the list and click Use button. The data from the deal and the ad will be combined. Fields marked with the icons or indicate the source of information: ad about cargo or ad about truck respectively. Once the changes performed successfully, the icon indicating the source of information disappears. If the fields that to be combined (deal and ad) are already filled, the selection box appears. You can select the necessary data, or leave the fields empty without changing. If the imported fields have a range, but the field requires only a single value, information window with values from ad will be shown.

How to edit deal?

Once deal is created it can be edited lill its approvement. Notice, if you change any details of the deal that was already approved by your contractor, such deal needs to be approved by the contractor one more time. You won't be able to edit it.

How to reject deal?

On any stage of deal until it is approved (signed), any of contractors can reject deal creation by pushing Reject the deal in full view mode of the deal.

How to break deal?

You can break a deal by pushing Break the Deal button in full view mode. It is possible to break a deal if shipment is not started yet. If carrier started a shipment the deal cannot be broken.

How to find own deals?

To view list of your deals go to the My Office > Deals . There are 3 tabs on this page: — Prepared (wait approval one of the contractors); — Approved (approved by two contractors); — Cancelled (broken or rejected one of the contractors) .

Shipment

What is shipment?

Shipment is an essence that stores parameters of shipment and of its events. Each contractor of the shipment needs to fill in the parameters on his part. Carrier can add events for shipment.

How to create shipment?

Once the sides approved the deal, shipment on this deal is created automatically. To view own shipments go to the My Office > Shipments.

How to reject shipment?

Both contractors can reject a shipment before it started (see How to break a Deal?). Only a carrier can reject a shipment. To reject a shipment select Reject Shipment at Shipment page or add an event Shipment was failed.

How to put the information about new events for shipment?

Add new events for shipment can carrier only. At Timeline section of Shipment page push Add new event. Fill in the following fields if needed: Event name, Date, Time, Timezone, Location, Description.

How to view the state of shipment event?

Each deal contractor can view the state of shipment and its events. Shipment list is available at My Office > Shipments page.

How to change the address of loading and unloading?

Change loading and unloading addresses can shipper only. 1. Click on near field Address of loading or Address of unloading to enable edit mode. 2. Edit required data. 3. Click outside the edit area to save your changes. If user edits the information for shipment that is being executed currently, such changes will be shown at Timeline of the shipment.

How to change the expected date and time of loading and unloading?

Library

What is Library?

Library is a system section that stores documents needed for shipping. The documents are located in directories and can be filtered by name or date.

How to view / download a file?

You can download selected files by pushing download icon at the library. If your browser supports the format of the document it will be opened in new tab. If the browser cannot open the document it will be downloaded to your device for the local view.
